Right next to everything you need, and the rooms are clean and tidy and very nice compared to other cheap motels around, they have a large flat screen with good beds, and an amazing bathroom / kitchen area, would recommend to anyone, and if you have hotel days through medical you can come here.
This little place is right in the heart of downtown Fresno. Clean, recently remodeled or updated. 4 stars because rooms on the small side and 3 star location because it's not easily accessible from freeway and some surrounding areas can be rough. That being said, this place felt safe and secure with the gated parking. Also a very nice feature for it being a motel is that all the rooms gave the interior courtyard which has a clean pool and seating area. Worth a try if your visiting downtown on a budget. It also was more quiet than I expected overnight.
My family and I enjoyed staying at the dream in the towels are white. The rooms are clean.\n The people are friendly, the price is right and it's always quiet and peaceful. I will definitely come back.
The price is great, very quiet clean and overall a great place to stay when visiting just for a few days. Love the subway attached to it, the girl who works in the evening is awesome. I come here on a weekly basis and have tried a few hotels and this one is by far my favorite. I will definitely be returning.

The room was clean. It smelled freshly serviced. The space was quiet at the location was perfect for quick bites to eat in the downtown area of Fresno and the price was perfect. We had a king size room. It had microwave and fridge that both worked, a nice size TV and a comfortable chair for lounging.
